To connect Authorize.net: Please send your API Login Key & Transaction Key to Support@Chance2Win.org with your raffle name in the subject line.

To connect Square: Click on WooCommerce and then click on Settings. From that page you will click the tab that says Square. Click the blue Connect to Square button. You will then be redirected to Square, where you will be prompted to sign in to your Square account. Once you are done, Square will redirect you back to the raffle site. You will choose the location from the dropdown and click the blue Save Changes button.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS:

    • How do I connect my payment processor?
        See how to connect your payment processor below:
        Square – Click on WooCommerce and then click on Settings. From that page you will click the tab that says Square. Click the blue Connect to Square button. You will then be redirected to Square, where you will be promted to sign in to your Square account. Once you are done, Square will redirect you back to the raffle site. You will choose the location from the dropdown and click the blue Save Changes button.
        Stripe – Please email Support your LIVE Publishing & Secret Keys.

    • Someone gave me a check how do I place a manual order?

        To add a manual order, click on Raffle Settings and then Add Order.

    • Where does the money from each order go?
        Each order is processed through your payment processor. The funds are directly sent to the financial institution connected to your payment processor. NO FUNDS ARE EVER HELD BY CHANCE2WIN.ORG
    • Can I change the service fee amount?
        Yep sure can, as long as your raffle hasn’t already started. Once your raffle has started, you can no longer edit your service fee.
    • How much do we have in contributions?
        To see your total contribution amount, click on Raffle Settings then click on Reporting. From this page you will see your total contribution amount.
    • What happens if we go over our original contribution amount?
        Once you exceed your original raffle package, we will send you an invoice. The invoice for going over $5k is $129 to move your contribution level to $10k. If you exceed $10k, we will send an invoice for $249 to move your contribution level to $20k.

Raffle Questions:

    • Can I change the raffle end date if my raffle has already started?
        Yes, we ask that you send us an email with your request at least 24 hours prior to your raffle ending.
    • Can I add sponsors?
        Yes, you can have up to 12 logos showcased on your raffle homepage.
    • Can I test the site before my raffle starts?
        Absolutely, in fact we suggest it. Once you have added all your baskets let us and we can activate your tickets early so you can place an order. Anytime you place an order on the site, please be sure to logout of the admin dashboard before doing so. Placing an order while logged in will reset all your admin data.
    • How many admin logins can we have?
        You can have 2 admin logins.
    • When will I recieve the winners if I selected ChanceWin.org to choose?
        If you chose to have our system select the winners, then you will receive an excel spreadsheet with your winners after your raffle has ended. If your raffle ends outside our normal business hours, Monday – Friday 8am -5pm, then you will receive your winners the next business day. If your raffle ends during our business hours, then you will receive your winners within 30 minutes of your raffle ending.
    • Does Chance2Win.org contact the winners?
        Chance2Win.org does not contact the winners. We leave delivering the “Good News” up to the Charity.
    • Where do I add the seller names for order tracking?
        You will find this under Raffle Setting on the Teams Menu. If you do not see that menu under Raffle Settings, please contact our Support Team so they can assist with adding that feature.
    • How do I print a sales report?
        To print a sales report,click on Raffle Settings then Reporting. From this page you print can a variety of customer reports including a full sales report.
    • Can I add more ticket packages?
        Yep sure can, as long as your raffle hasn’t already started. Once your raffle has started, you can no longer edit ticket prices.
    • How long can I access this site after the raffle ends?
        You will have access to your site for 20 days after your raffle has ended. Need more time, contact our Support Team.
